May 16, 2022 Opinion or Order Filing 8 PAPERLESS ORDER. THIS CAUSE came before the Court upon Plaintiff Plamen Stoyanov Petkov's Notice of Voluntary Dismissal Without Prejudice. #7 . Therein, Plaintiff notifies the Court that this case is dismissed without prejudice because "plaintiff's claims have been sufficiently remedied at this time." Id. at 1. Rule 41(a)(1)(A)(i) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure allows a plaintiff to voluntarily dismiss a claim by filing a notice of dismissal before the opposing party serves an answer or a motion for summary judgment. Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1)(A)(i). Here, Defendants have not filed answers or motions for summary judgment, or otherwise appeared in this action. Accordingly, UPON CONSIDERATION of the Notice, the pertinent portions of the record, and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is hereby ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the above-styled cause is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE.
