Alternatively, Defendant's Motion for a More Definitive Statement is GRANTED. Plaintiff is instructed to file, on or before March 1, 2023, an Amended Complaint setting forth: (1) the periods of time during which Plaintiff worked overtime; (2) the approximate amounts of overtime hours Plaintiff worked; and (3) the workweeks in which Plaintiff allegedly worked in excess of 40 hours without being paid overtime. These allegations should be included in addition to those well-pleaded allegations in the Complaint.
