ORDER DISMISSING CASE: Ronald Satish Emrit has filed a pro se complaint against the Florida Department of Law Enforcement Broward County, the Broward County Attorney, the Florida State Attorney's Office, the City of Fort Lauderdale Attorney, and Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody. (Doc. No. #1 .) The plaintiff also submitted an in forma pauperis application that sufficiently demonstrates he cannot pay the full civil filing fee in advance "without undue hardship." The application (Doc. No. #2 ) is therefore GRANTED. As a threshold matter, the court must address whether venue is proper in this district. Accordingly, in the interest of fairness and in accordance with Section 1406(a), the Clerk shall TRANSFER this action to the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida and close the case.
