ORDER- The court received a notice from Incorp Services, Inc. stating that it is "in the process of resigning as Registered Agent with the Secretary of State" for Hello Mobile and that it "no longer has valid contact information to forward said document to."(Doc. #13 ) Therefore, the court finds that Hello Mobile has not been served and cannot be served at the address Cunningham provided in the complaint. Cunningham is ORDERED to provide the Clerk of Court with a new address where Hello Mobile can be served on or before May 2, 2025.
