PAPERLESS ORDER REGARDING TRANSCRIPT OF DISCOVERY HEARING. On September 16, 2025, the Court held a sealed hearing to address #22 [45-1] Plaintiff's Motion for Expedited Discovery. See ECF Nos. 89, 90. During the hearing, the Court directed the parties to obtain a transcript of the proceedings from the Court Reporter's office. Because the hearing is sealed and to clarify the record, this Order follows sua sponte. Accordingly: (i) the September 16, 2025 hearing is unsealed for the sole purpose of providing the audio recording to a court-selected transcriber; (ii) upon receipt of this Order, the parties may contact the Court Reporter's Office to request a transcript of the hearing as previously directed by the Court; (iii) the transcriber shall prepare a sealed, written transcript of the proceedings; (iv) upon request and appropriate compensation by the parties, the transcriber shall provide the parties with the sealed transcript of the proceedings; (v) the transcript shall not be provided to any other entity/person not a party to this case, unless otherwise ordered by the Court; and (vi) the transcriber shall file the transcript with the Court under seal.
