Defendant has requested a discovery hearing to address a dispute regarding whether Cynthia Martin, in-house counsel to Plaintiffs, should be permitted to access Transpire's "Designated Material" under the terms of the Protective Order at DE #68 (see DE #73 ). Having considered Defendant's request, the Court ORDERS the parties to appear, through counsel, for a discovery hearing (via Zoom) at 3:00 PM on 3/13/2026 before Magistrate Judge Jared M. Strauss. Counsel should join the Zoom session by 2:50 PM using the Meeting ID (160 737 7340) and Passcode (637872). By 5:00 PM on 3/11/2026, the parties shall file a Joint Discovery Status Report ("JDSR"). The JDSR shall comply with section II.D of DE #61 Discovery Procedures Order ("DPO"), except for as follows. First, the parties do not need to use the chart format referenced by the DPO. Second, the parties may each use two pages to explain each side's respective position rather than one. Importantly, the JDSR must address, as specifically as feasible, (1) what the "Designated Material" at issue is, and (2) why that material does or does not qualify for "outside attorneys' eyes" only--with specific references to the examples listed in the protective order itself.
