PAPERLESS ORDER Dismissing and Closing Case. On January 29, 2026, Judge Valle entered #4 Order Denying Motion for Leave to Proceed In Forma Pauperis and Dismissing Complaint. The Order provided Plaintiff with 14 days to: (i) file an Amended Complaint sufficiently alleging claims not barred by judicial immunity; and (ii) seek to proceed IFP, if appropriate. The Order warned Plaintiff that failure to timely comply with the Order may lead to dismissal with prejudice and administrative closing of the case. Nevertheless, Plaintiff has not filed an amended complaint. Nor has Plaintiff filed a renewed motion to proceed in forma pauperis (or paid the filing fee). Plaintiff has also failed to comply with a March 6, 2026 Order (DE #6 ) requiring the filing of a notice of consent or motion for case reassignment. In light of Plaintiff's failure to comply with two orders (DE #4 and #6 ), Plaintiff's failure to pay the filing fee or to file a renewed motion to proceed in forma pauperis, and Plaintiff's failure to prosecute, this action is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. The Clerk shall CLOSE this case and deny any pending motions as moot. Signed by Magistrate Judge Jared M. Strauss on 3/24/2026. (emd)
