PAPERLESS ORDER. THIS MATTER is before the Court on the pro se "Omnibus Motion to Extend Time and Compel State Administrative Action" ("Motion:") (DE #10 ) filed by Plaintiff Daniel Adams. In the Motion, Plaintiff seeks an extension of time until December 22, 2025 to comply with the Court's Order (DE #5 ) granting him pauper status and requiring payment of a partial filing fee on or before December 5, 2025; and Order (DE #8 ) dismissing Plaintiff's Complaint but granting him leave to file an amended complaint on or before December 8, 2025. (DE #10 at 1.)
