Filing 12
PAPERLESS ORDER dismissing case. This case is a re-filing of a case previously dismissed by the undersigned. See Cole v. White House, Case No. 25-62345-CIV-HUNT, ECF No. 32 (S.D. Fla. Feb. 5, 2026). In the previous case, the undersigned found Plaintiff's claim to be patently frivolous, and that "[e]ven under liberal pro se pleading standards, the Amended Complaint is indecipherable and fails to 'give the defendants adequate notice of the claims against them and the grounds upon which each claim rests.'" Id. at *1-2 (quoting Weiland v. Palm Beach Cnty. Sheriff's Off., 792 F.3d 1313, 1323 (11th Cir. 2015)). The undersigned also noted that Plaintiff had filed numerous similar cases, none of which contained a colorable claim. Nothing in the Complaint or subsequent filings in this case would lead the undersigned to a different conclusion. Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED and ADJUDGED that this action is DISMISSED; all pending motions are DENIED AS MOOT; and the Clerk is directed to CLOSE this action. Signed by Magistrate Judge Patrick M. Hunt on 3/23/2026. (klg)

PAPERLESS ORDER denying emergency consideration. The Court has reviewed Plaintiff's Notice, ECF No. #8 , and the Complaint, ECF No. #1 , and finds that Plaintiff has not presented a "true emergency." Oct. 3, 2013) ("Emergencies generally involve risks to the health and safety of individuals, situations where a person is about to be deported, scenarios involving the imminent destruction of property, circumstances under which a business is in real danger of immediate failure or significant financial collapse, or cases where someone is at risk of being denied an essential service."). This case will be reviewed on a standard briefing timeline rather than an expedited basis. Signed by Magistrate Judge Patrick M. Hunt on 3/11/2026. (hhr)
