Plaintiff Kingvision Pay-Per-View Corp. Ltd. alleged that defendants The Naked Truth, II, Inc. and Michael Bilotti, both d/b/a Angel's Adult Entertainment, willfully intercepted the broadcast of the championship boxing match between Roy Jones, Jr. and John Ruiz, and transmitted the broadcast and enabled patrons of Angel's to view the match without plaintiff's authorization.
