Filing 365 ORDER HOLDING THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF CHILDREN AND FAMILIES IN CONTEMPT. DCF is held in contempt of Court for violating the Seal Order 175 . DCF shall file detailed proof of its compliance with the following provisions, within 60 days of this Or der: (a.) retrieve any and all copies of the sealed Guardian ad Litem's Report Regarding Partial Settlement in the possession of any individual or entity to whom DCF provided it without Court permission; and(b.) collect any and all copies of t he GAL Report that remain in DCF'S possession; and (c.) either destroy or return any and all copies of the Report to Plaintiffs. The Court reserves ruling as to compensatory sanctions because the harm caused by DCF'S contemptuous conduct c annot yet be quantified, but may be quantifiable in the near future. THE CLERK OF THE COURT is authorized and directed to UNSEAL the Court's SealOrder 175 and Plaintiffs' unopposed motion to seal the GAL Report 173 . The GAL Report [174 ] remains SEALED until the conclusion of this action, at whichpoint it must be returned to Plaintiffs or destroyed. DCF'S Motion Objecting to Jurisdiction and the Order to Show Cause and for an Order Dismissing the Motion for Contempt for Lack of Jurisdiction 293 is DENIED. Signed by Judge Patricia A.
