ORDER granting 35 Defendants' Motion to Stay Proceedings. As provided in the Order, this case is STAYED pending the U.S. Supreme Courts resolution of Spokeo, Inc. v. Robins, No. 13-1339. On or before June 15, 2016, and every thir ty days thereafter, the Defendants shall file a report as to the status of Spokeo. And within fourteen days of the Supreme Courts decision in Spokeo, the parties shall confer and advise the Court how the decision impacts the proceedings in this case.
