PAPERLESS ORDER. THIS CAUSE comes before the Court on a sua sponte review. This action appears duplicative of case no. 16-cv-24000-Cooke. Although Plaintiff cites a different EEOC charge number, the parties are identical and the claims and facts are largely duplicative. Judge Cooke entered judgment against Plaintiff in case no. 16-cv-24000 on September 29, 2017. Plaintiff's appeal of that judgment remains pending. Accordingly, this action is dismissed. The Court will reconsider the dismissal if Plaintiff can demonstrate that this is in fact a separate action. Plaintiff's motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis is denied as moot.
