Torres and Isabel Litovich Quintana's Emergency Petition to Compel Compliance with Third-Party Subpoena for Appearance in Arbitration 1 . In light of the FINRA arbitration panel's third-party subpoena for Respondent Angel Aquino to appear for testimony at an arbitration hearing commencing on January 14, 2019, the Court orders expedited briefing from the Respondent and Petitioners to give the Court time to rule on the Petition. Accordingly, UPON CONSIDERATION of the Petition, the pertinent portions of the record, and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is hereby ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that: (1) Petitioners shall file proof of service of process of the Petition 1 on Respondent on or before January 2, 2019; (2) Respondent shall file any response to the Petition with the Court on or before January 7, 2019; and (3) Petitioners shall file any reply to Respondent's response on or before January 8, 2019.
