February 12, 2019 Opinion or Order Filing 6 PAPERLESS ORDER directing Plaintiff Babak Naserzare to file a Certificate of Interested Parties (the "Certificate") as required by Local Rule 16.1. In a prior related action, Judge Altonaga twice ordered Plaintiff to submit the Certificate, but Plaintiff failed to do so. See Naserzare v. Saks Fifth Avenue, LLC, et al., No. 18-cv-24851 (S.D. Fla.
