ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE. On March 18, 2019, the Court issued a #4 Notice of Court Procedure in Actions Brought under the Fair Labor Standards Act and Referral to Magistrate Judge for Settlement Conference. Therein, Plaintiffs were directed to file a Statement of Claim, and Defendants were required to file a Response thereto within twenty days of being served with the Statement of Claim. Plaintiffs filed their Statements of Claim on April 8, 2019. (D.E. #23 , #24 , #25 , #26 , #27 .) To date, Defendants have not filed a Response to Plaintiffs' Statements of Claim. Accordingly, it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Defendants shall have until and including May 3, 2019 to file a Response to Plaintiffs' Statements of Claim or SHOW CAUSE why their Answer should not be stricken and default entered against them.
