Plaintiff attached as an exhibit to his Complaint an Application to Proceed Without Prepayment of Fees. Notwithstanding the failure to file a separate motion, the Court grants Plaintiff's request to proceed in forma pauperis pursuant to 28 U.S. 1915. The United States Marshal shall serve a copy of the #1 Summons and Complaint and this Order upon Defendant by and through the United States Attorney for the Southern District of Florida by no later than July 15, 2019.
