PAPERLESS ORDER: The Court grants, in part, #8 the Plaintiffs' motion for an extension of time to serve the Defendants. According to counsel, he has been diligently attempting to effect service but the Defendants are evading his process server. Accordingly, the Plaintiffs seek an extension of the service deadline. Their request, however, unintelligibly, asks for "an additional ninety (30) days" to effect service. To the extent the Plaintiffs seek ninety days, that is excessive. The Court will, however, afford the Plaintiffs until August 8, 2019, to effect service. If the Plaintiffs do not file proof of service by that date, their case will be dismissed.
