Filing 3 PAPERLESS ORDER DISMISSING CASE. Pro Se Plaintiff Lawrence Wells has another case pending in this District, Case No. 19-cv-22400-Williams (the "Original Action"). Plaintiff's Original Action is against the same Defendants in this case and pleads identical claims. Upon a close review of the filings in this action, it appears that the Clerk of Court inadvertently docketed Plaintiff's filings as a new action rather than properly filing them in the Original Action. The Clerk, therefore, is directed to docket the filings in this action [ECF No. 1] in the Original Action. This case is dismissed and closed for administrative purposes. Signed by Judge Darrin P. Gayles (hs01) |
