The basis for relief relates to an investment dispute that has been ongoing for several months. And no facts have been alleged that call for emergency treatment to prevent imminent risk of serious injury that is necessary for anything to be deemed an emergency. Accordingly the designation is stricken. The motion for preliminary injunction shall be adjudicated in due course. Defendants shall timely respond. No extensions shall be granted.
