Plaintiff claims that prison authorities are denying him access to sit at ADA designated tables during meal times, that there is limited access to the prison law library, and the grievance process is too lengthy where he needs more "immediate relief" to "access" the ADA seating. The facts raised in the motion do not constitute an emergency. Plaintiff's complaint is subject to screening.
