The motion argues that this matter should be dismissed as moot because Petitioner was released from ICE's custody on April 7, 2020. In a motion #27 seeking leave to file a response, Petitioner's counsel confirmed that he has been released. Accordingly, upon review of the motion and the record, it is ORDERED that Respondent's motion to dismiss is GRANTED. The telephonic hearing set for tomorrow, April 9, 2020 at 10:00 AM is CANCELLED.
