THIS CAUSE came before the Court upon Defendants Esther Hayut, Noam Sohlberg, Uzi Vogelman, Isaac Amit, and George Karra's letter to the Court requesting that the Court consider dismissing, sua sponte, the claims against them pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(e)(2)(B). #7 . Local Rule 7.7 states that "[u]nless invited or directed by the presiding Judge, attorneys and any party represented by an attorney shall not... address or present to the Court in the form of a letter or the like any application requesting relief in any form, citing authorities, or presenting arguments." A request for dismissal should not be made via letter to the Court but may instead be filed as a motion in compliance with the Local Rules.
