PAPERLESS ORDER ADOPTING REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION #7 . THIS CAUSE came before the Court upon the Report and Recommendation ("R&R") of Magistrate Judge Lauren F. Louis. #7 . Therein, Magistrate Judge Louis recommends that Respondents' Motion to Remand Petitioner's N-400 Application for Naturalization to the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services ("USCIS") #4 be granted, and that the Court order Respondents to make a determination on Petitioner's application for naturalization within 120 days from the date of the Order. See id. at 3. No objections were filed and the time to do so has passed. The Court may accept, reject, or modify, in whole or in part, the findings or recommendations made by the magistrate judge. 28 U.S.C. 636(b)(1); Fed. R. Civ. P. 72(b)(3). UPON CONSIDERATION of the R&R, the Motion to Remand, the pertinent portions of the record, and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is hereby ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Magistrate Judge Louis's R&R #7 is ADOPTED. It is FURTHER ORDERED that Respondents' Motion to Remand #7 is GRANTED, this case is REMANDED to the USCIS, and Respondents shall make a determination on Petitioner's application for naturalization no later than 120 days from the date of this Order.
