May 18, 2021 Opinion or Order Filing 10 PAPERLESS ORDER. Plaintiff filed an "unstipulated" motion for substitution of counsel. (ECF No. 8). Plaintiff's use of the term "unstipulated" when filing the Motion implies that there is not agreement on the relief sought, but Plaintiff does not state in the Motion whether there is any objection to the requested substitution of counsel. Local Rule 7.1(a)(3) requires that every motion, except in circumstances not applicable here, contain a certificate of good faith conference certifying that counsel for the parties conferred and stating whether they reached agreement on the relief sought. The Motion does not contain a certificate of good faith conference as required by the Local Rules.
