PAPERLESS ORDER. THIS CAUSE came upon a sua sponte examination of the record. On May 31, 2021, Petitioner filed a Motion to Vacate Sentence and Memorandum of Law in Support pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 2255. ECF No. #1 . UPON CONSIDERATION of the Motion, the pertinent portions of the record, and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is hereby ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that on or before August 16, 2021, the United States shall file a memorandum of fact and law to show cause as to why the Motion should not be granted.
