November 1, 2021 Opinion or Order Filing 44 PAPERLESS ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE. THIS CAUSE is before the Court upon a sua sponte review of the record. On October 8, 2021, the Court ordered the parties to jointly file a proposed order scheduling mediation, setting forth their selected mediator pursuant to Local Rule 16.2, and a time, date, and place for mediation, by October 29, 2021. ECF No. #39 ("Scheduling Order"). On October 29, 2021, the parties filed a Status Report Regarding Mediation, ECF No. #43 , informing the Court that they have selected a mediator, but failed to designate a date, time, and location for the mediation. Accordingly, it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that no later than November 5, 2021, the parties shall file a supplemental notice and proposed order scheduling mediation, as required by the Scheduling Order.
