While the Court appreciates the parties coming to an agreement on the proposed extension of time, the proper means to seek an extension of time is to file a motion, not a stipulation, with the Court, asking for leave from the Court to extend deadlines. As such, the Court construes the parties' stipulation as a joint motion and grants the relief sought. The deadline for the Defendants to respond to the complaint is now September 15, 2021.
