PAPERLESS ORDER: The Court denies #6 the Plaintiff's motion to amend. Previously, the Court struck the Plaintiff's complaint because he failed to allege facts establishing the Court's subject-matter jurisdiction. In that order, the Court afforded the Plaintiff leave to amend his complaint if he believed he could allege, in good faith, facts establishing the Court's jurisdiction. The Plaintiff has failed to do so. Accordingly, the Court dismisses this case, without prejudice, for a lack of subject-matter jurisdiction, without further leave to amend. Signed by Judge Robert N.
