On November 8, 2021, the Court entered #14 the Voluntary Return Order, which states in relevant part that "Petitioner SHALL file a notice with the Clerk of Court immediately upon M.T.C.'s return to Mexico, indicating that Respondent has fully complied with this Order....[and that] this action shall be DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE upon receipt of the Petitioner's notice that the child has been returned to Mexico[]...." On November 15, 2021, Petitioner filed #15 the Notice of Compliance, stating that "[t]he Respondent timely surrendered M.T.C. to the custody and possession of Petitioner as ordered, and has fully complied with the Voluntary Return Order."Accordingly, pursuant to #14 the Voluntary Return Order, it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that this case is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
