April 19, 2022 Opinion or Order Filing 24 PAPERLESS ORDER. THIS MATTER is before the Court sua sponte upon review of the record. On March 10, 2022, the Court issued the Scheduling Order #15 requiring the Parties to "jointly file a notice scheduling mediation." The Order specified that "[o]nce filed, the Parties' notice scheduling mediation shall bind the Parties. The Parties' mediation date shall not be rescheduled without leave of Court." (Emphasis in original.) Notwithstanding this instruction, on April 12, 2022, the Parties filed a Joint Notice of Mediation Conference #17 and an Amended Joint Notice of Mediation Conference #18 , the latter of which rescheduled mediation from July 17, 2022, to July 14, 2022. Nevertheless, it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Parties shall MEDIATE on July 14, 2022 pursuant to the joint mediation notices #18 and #21 . The mediation date shall not be further rescheduled without leave of Court. Going forward, the Parties must comply fully with the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, the Local Rules for the Southern District of Florida, the Practices and Procedures of this Court, and the Court's orders.
