On March 7, 2022, the Court ordered Plaintiff to file a Notice of Compliance that she had served Defendant with a copy of the FLSA Order, her Statement of Claim, and copies of supporting documentation, within seven days of an appearance by Defendant. See ECF No. 6 ("FLSA Order"). Counsel for Defendant entered an appearance on March 28, 2022, but to date, Plaintiff has failed to comply.
