PAPERLESS ORDER. THIS MATTER is before the Court sua sponte. The Court's Scheduling Order #9 in this matter states "[w]ithin thirty (30) days of the date of this Order, the Parties shall: select a mediator certified under [Southern District of Florida] Local Rule 16.2(b); schedule a time, date and place for mediation; and jointly file a notice scheduling mediation." (Emphasis added.) However, upon review of the Notice of Mediator Selection and Hearing #10 it does not appear the proposed mediator (Frank J. Allocca) is certified as a mediator in the Southern District of Florida. The Southern District of Florida's Certified Mediator List is available at #https://www.flsd.uscourts.gov/mediation. Accordingly, it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Parties shall file a notice on the docket on or before May 2, 2022 at 5:00 PM, stating: (1) whether Frank J. Allocca is ce rtified as a mediator in the Southern District of Florida; and (2) if Frank J. Allocca is not certified as a mediator in the Southern District of Florida, why the Parties selected him.
