Filing 8 PAPERLESS ORDER SETTING HEARING. Plaintiffs filed a #7 Motion to Compel Defendant's Production of Plaintiff's Recorded Statement. The Court's #3 Order of Referral requires the parties to adhere to my Discovery Procedures which are found on the Court's website. Going forward the Court will not excuse a party's failure to comply with court orders.
