Filing 32 PAPERLESS ORDER. THIS MATTER is before the Court sua sponte upon review of the record. In light of the difficulties the Parties have had in scheduling, and in lieu of resetting a status conference (DE 30), the Court issues this Order.Pursuant to Local Rule 5.1(c), the Court does not accept courtesy copies of docketed filings. For the convenience of the Parties, Local Rule 5.1(c) states: (c) Restriction on Courtesy Copies. Counsel shall not deliver extra courtesy copies to a Judge's Chambers except when requested by a Judge's office. Moreover, it is inappropriate to direct a process server to Chambers or the Clerk's office--not parties to this litigation--to deliver pleadings that have been docketed. Communications with Chambers must adhere to the Court's Practices and Procedures. Further, the Court reminds the Parties that they must file motions for extension of time in compliance with the Court's 48-hour deadline, as articulated in the Court's Practices and Procedures. Finally, the Court directs the Parties to the Court's Order of Referral #11 , which states: "[n]on-compliance with any provision of this Order, the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, the Local Rules, or this Court's Practices and Procedures may subject the offending party to sanctions, including dismissal of this case." (Emphasis original.) Signed by Judge Kathleen M. Williams on 10/7/2022. (nlf) |
