PAPERLESS ORDER. THIS MATTER is before the Court sua sponte. On November 23, 2022, the Court entered #7 the Order of Referral and Notice of Court Practice and Procedures, which states in relevant part:WITHIN TWENTY (20) DAYS from the date that the last Defendant responds to the Complaint, the Parties shall file a joint conference report and a joint proposed scheduling order, as required by S.D. Fla. Local Rule 16.1(b).On November 30, 2022, the sole Defendant in this case - One Stop Distributors LLC - responded to #1 Plaintiff's Initial Complaint. Although Plaintiff has since filed #16 the First Amended Complaint, the Parties were still obligated to file the joint conference report and joint proposed scheduling order ("JSR") within twenty days after Defendant's initial response. However, to date, the Parties have not filed or sought an extension of time to file the JSR.Accordingly, it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that on or before January 4, 2023, the Parties shall each SHOW CAUSE as to why sanctions should not be imposed due to their failure to comply with #7 the Court's Order of Referral.
