PAPERLESS ORDER. THIS CAUSE came before the Court upon the Notice of Voluntary Dismissal. #5 . Therein, Plaintiff voluntarily dismisses all his claims in this action. Id. at 1. Rule 41(a)(1)(A)(ii) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure allows a plaintiff to voluntarily dismiss a claim by filing a stipulation of dismissal signed by all parties who have appeared. Fed. R.
