PAPERLESS ORDER DISMISSING CASE. THIS MATTER is before the Court sua sponte. On December 22, 2022, the Court entered #6 the Order of Referral and Notice of Court Practices in ADA Cases, which states in relevant part that Plaintiff's counsel must file a verified certificate of counsel regarding any prior filings under the Americans with Disabilities Act. The deadline to file the verified certificate was ten days after the date of #6 the Order of Referral. However, to date, Plaintiff's counsel - both of whom have filed hundreds of cases in this District and dozens of cases before this Court representing Plaintiff - have failed to file the verified certificate.Accordingly, pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(b), it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Plaintiff's claims against Defendants are DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. Any pending motions are DENIED AS MOOT.
