Filing 9 PAPERLESS ORDER. THIS MATTER is before the Court sua sponte. This case is closed, and therefore, Plaintiff's filing of an Amended Complaint #7 without leave of Court is improper. Accordingly, it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Plaintiff's Amended Complaint #7 is STRICKEN from the record and all pending motions are DENIED AS MOOT.
