THIS MATTER is before the Court on the Notice of Settlement (DE #18 ) indicating that the Parties have reached a settlement of this matter. Pursuant to Southern District of Florida Local Rule 16.4, a notice of settlement "shall be filed and served jointly by counsel for all parties to the settlement." S.D. Fla. L.R. 16.4.
