PAPERLESS ORDER : THIS CAUSE is before the Court upon a sua sponte review of the record. On April 13, 2023, Defendants initiated this case with the filing of a Notice of Removal. ECF No. #1 . However, they did not pay the filing fee. On April 14, 2023, the Clerk of Court notified Defendants of the failure and ordered Defendants to pay the filing fee "WITHIN 3 DAYS." As of today, April 20, 2023, the filing fee remains unpaid. Accordingly, it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Defendants shall pay the filing fee by April 21, 2023.
