PAPERLESS ORDER: The Court grants #14 the Plaintiff's motion for an extension of time to file his second amended complaint. The Plaintiff must file his second amended complaint on or before August 21, 2023.In the meantime, while there is no viable complaint before the Court, the Court directs the Clerk to administratively close this case. If the Plaintiff submits a second amended complaint in compliance with the Court's orders, the Court will reopen this case.The Court denies as moot #13 the Plaintiff's motion to file his medical records under seal. The Plaintiff sought to submit his medical records in support of his motion for an extension of time to file his second amended complaint. Since the Court has granted the extension, there is no need for the Court to review the medical records.Finally, the Court denies, without prejudice, both #11 the Plaintiff's motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis and #12 the Plaintiff's motion for an appointment of a special process server.
