PAPERLESS ORDER. THIS MATTER is before the Court sua sponte. On June 6, 2023, Plaintiff filed initial disclosures to the docket (DE #9 ). Southern District of Florida Local Rule 26.1 states, in relevant part, that "[i]nitial and expert disclosures and [certain] discovery requests, responses, objections, notices or any associated proof of service shall not be filed until they are used in the proceeding or the court orders their filing...." S.D. Fla. L.R. 26.1 (emphasis added). Accordingly, it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Plaintiff's initial disclosures (DE #9 ) are STRICKEN. Moreover, the Court's Order of Referral (DE #3 ) in this matter states "non-compliance with any provision of the Court's orders, the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, the Local Rules for the Southern District of Florida, or this Court's Practices and Procedures may subject the offending Party to sanctions, including dismissal of this case." Thus, Plaintiff is ORDERED TO SHOW CAUSE why sanctions should not be imposed for the failure to comply with Court order on or before June 8, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. Signed by Judge Kathleen M.
