On or before June 23, 2023, Plaintiff shall file a memorandum, not to exceed three (3) pages, addressing whether venue is proper in this district pursuant 18 U.S.C. 1965 and 28 U.S.C. 1391, and how so. See e.g., Alvord v. Wilki, No 3:17-cv-615, 2018 WL 11503331, at *2 (M.D. Fla. Jan. 16, 2018) ("None of the allegations of the complaint support venue in the Middle District of Florida under the general venue statute, 28 U.S.C. 1391, or the RICO statute, 18 U.S.C. 1965. Plaintiffs allege that all Defendants are either citizens of Texas or Texas home rule corporations. There are no allegations that Defendants reside, are found, have an agent, or transact their affairs in Florida. Moreover, all of the events giving rise to the claims took place in Texas. The only connection between this case and Florida is Plaintiffs' residence here. Therefore, venue is improper under 28 U.S.C. 1391(b)(1) and (2), and 18 U.S.C. 1965(a).") (citations omitted).
