PAPERLESS ORDER. THIS MATTER is before the Court on Defendant's unopposed motion to extend time to file the joint conference report (DE #5 ) ("Motion"). In the Motion, Defendant states that "[c]ounsel will be out of the office on a scheduled vacation and will not return with sufficient time to prepare the joint conference report by the current due date," which does not constitute "good cause" for the extension. Nevertheless, as the Motion is unopposed, and in the interests of the just, speedy, and inexpensive determination of every action and proceeding pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 1, it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion (DE #5 ) is GRANTED.
