PAPERLESS ORDER. THIS CAUSE came before the Court upon Plaintiffs Notice of Voluntary Dismissal. #9 . Therein, Plaintiff notifies the Court that this case is dismissed pursuant to Rule 41(a)(1)(A)(i) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Id. Rule 41(a)(1)(A) provides that a plaintiff may dismiss an action without a court order by filing a notice of dismissal before the defendant serves an answer or a motion for summary judgment or by filing a stipulation of dismissal signed by all parties who have appeared. Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1)(A)(i)-(ii). Here, Plaintiffs notice of voluntary dismissal was filed before Defendant served an answer or motion for summary judgment. Accordingly, UPON CONSIDERATION of the Motion, the pertinent portions of the record, and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the above-styled cause is hereby DISMISSED.
