PAPERLESS ORDER granting #18 the Plaintiff's Motion for Extension of Time (the "Motion"). The Plaintiff requests a 7-day extension, through August 18, 2023, to the temporary restraining order. The Plaintiff also asks us to extend the preliminary-injunction hearing to August 18, 2023. Under Rule 65(b)(2) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, a temporary restraining order "expires at the time after entry -- not to exceed 14 days -- that the court sets, unless before that time the court, for good cause, extends it for a like period or the adverse party consents to a longer extension."
