PAPERLESS ORDER. On August 24, 2023, the Plaintiff filed #13 an Amended Complaint, in which she named a new co-Defendant: Intercruises Shoreside & Port Service, Inc. ("Intercruises"). Because Intercruises has not yet been served, we agree with the Plaintiff "that it would be prudent to allow the new Co-Defendant Intercruises to be served with the Amended Complaint" before requiring the parties to file a joint scheduling report.
