See Docket Text [ECF No. 1] ("Filing fees $402.00 not paid[.]"). But the plaintiff hasn't filed a motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis (without paying the filing fee). See generally Docket. By September 12, 2023, therefore, the Plaintiff must do one of two things: either pay the filing fee and refile her motion to consider the filing timely or file a motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis.
