PAPERLESS ORDER. On October 2, 2023, the Defendant filed #5 an Unopposed Motion for Extension of Time to Respond to Plaintiff's Complaint (the "Motion"), in which the Defendant asks for an extension, through October 25, 2023, to respond to the Complaint. Motion at 1. In the Motion, the Defendant tells us that "the parties have entered into settlement negotiations and would like an opportunity... to further explore the possibility of settlement. The parties anticipate completing settlement discussions by October 25, 2023." Ibid. We agree that it makes sense to give the parties some time to resolve their dispute privately. Accordingly, the Motion is GRANTED in part as follows: The Clerk of Court is directed to CLOSE this case for administrative purposes. All case deadlines are STAYED.
